For children ages 4–12: Just in time for Mother’s Day—create a heartfelt gift that mom will treasure! Kids are invited to decorate a keepsake box to take home for someone special.

Dress for a mess and join us as we create a fun art project. Recommended for ages 2-5.

Children are invited to stop by the Children’s Area and decorate their own colorful pinwheel using markers and creative designs. Once finished, participants can take their pinwheel home to enjoy outdoors.

Families are invited to join us for Chalk the Block, where you can decorate the walkways around the library with colorful drawings, messages, and reading-themed art to celebrate the start of our Summer Reading Challenge.

Join us for a Galaxy of Stories Summer Reading Kickoff for all ages! Featuring balloon art from Daniel the Balloon Guy, this event has fun for the whole family.
