Event Details

First wands and the first brew of a potion are important lessons at schools such as Hogwarts for young witches and wizards.  Please join us for a lesson in wand making and potion brewing at DCPL’s Bookworm Academy of Magic!  You’ll make your own wand, prepare your first potion, and have a special sorting ceremony with the Headmistress’s bookworm!  For ages 7-12. 

Parents, there is an optional Bookworm Academy acceptance letter (like the ones Hogwarts students get) available for download for your child.
