Program Description

Event Details

Join Jan Young, a certified senior fitness instructor, as she leads you through strength training exercises, 

This class will focus on 2 components- floor exercises and balance exercises. Jan will incorporate leg exercises, floor stretches, upper body workouts, and balance to help strengthen the whole body. 

 Please bring a light set of weights, an exercise mat, and drinking water to each class.

This class is geared more towards older adults, but all adults are welcome to attend.
