Proactive Aging-Living with Love, Coping with Loss: Caregiver Support

Join Adam Bridgman, Head Chaplain of Spiritual and Bereavement Care at HPC: Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Kentucky, as he covers the topic of grief for caregivers.  He will discuss anticipatory grief, where grief begins earlier, not later for caregivers and will also offer practical tips on navigating grief in surviving the day-to-day struggles of caregiving, especially for dementia caregivers.  He will close with a question-and-answer session and offer resources to help going forward.

Adam Bridgman also serves as the Minister at First Christian Church in Princeton, KY.  He speaks to various groups on the topics of grief, mental health, and spirituality.  He loves sports, hiking, activities with his family, and playing music.
