Join us as author Scott H. Longert discusses his non-fictional biography about the life and untimely death of Ray Chapman, America's best-known shortstop baseball player. Chapman lived in western Kentucky before he settled down in Ohio and played for the Cleveland Indians. He notoriously became the only MLB player to die in America's oldest professional sport. Chapman's life and death changed the game of baseball forever.
A book signing will follow the presentation.
