How can I preserve my foods safely? What foods can be water bathed? What foods have to be pressure canned?

Come join us for a Basics of Food Preservation Class! We will go over the correct, research-based methods of food preservation. You will learn what foods can be safely preserved by water bath canning and which ones have to be pressure canned.
