Program Description

Event Details

Join Jan Young, a certified senior fitness instructor, as she leads you through strength training exercises.  

This class will focus on 3 components- strength training with weights, balance exercises, and stretching.  Jan will incorporate upper and lower body strength, correct core positioning when working your abdominals, strengthening your major muscle groups, balance exercises, and more!  Please bring a light set of weights and drinking water to each class.
